Job summary

Reliance Matrix is seeking a sales professional to handle group employee benefit products for the Schaumburg, IL area. You will sell and service products to producers, drive sales by line of business, and develop brokers within your territory.

Adherence to established procedures and underwriting guidelines is required. Travel up to 50% is expected; the base salary range is $50,000–$55,000 per year, depending on location, skills, and experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 3 years of group employee benefit sales experience.
• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred for strong candidates.

Responsibilities

• Sell and service Group Products to producers in the assigned territory.
• Meet sales goals by line of business and develop brokers in territory.
• Adhere to Field and Home Office procedures and underwriting guidelines.
• Provide service to policyholders and brokers; support Regional Sales Manager in office operations.
