Reliance Matrix in Atlanta, GA seeks a sales professional to manage group employee benefit products within their assigned territory. You will drive revenue by selling to producers and maintaining service levels for policyholders and brokers.

The role requires at least 3 years of group benefit sales experience, a high school diploma (Bachelor's degree preferred), and travel up to 50%. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, performance bonus, and hybrid work options for eligible roles.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent; relevant Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of group employee benefit sales experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% and develop brokers.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for sales and service of Group Products to the producers within his/her assigned territory.
• Responsible for the sales of Company products, achieving sales goals by line of business.
• Responsible for the development of brokers within his/her sales territory.
• Adherence to established Field and Home Office administrative procedures.
• Adherence to company underwriting guidelines while soliciting and securing profitable business.
• Will provide service to policyholders and brokers as necessary.
• Assist the Regional Sales Manager in the general operation of sales office functions as requested.
