Qualifications

• Must have 2+ years of sales experience in employee benefits, insurance, PEO, payroll, or HR technology.
• Must be based in the Philadelphia, PA market and comfortable working on-site.
• Proven ability to generate new business revenue, build a book of business, and develop lasting client relationships.
• Strong B2B sales background with a hunter mentality and experience prospecting and closing new business.
• Highly motivated, persistent, competitive, and results-driven.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, develop, and close new business opportunities with middle-market employers.
• Drive sales activity through client outreach (calls, emails, networking, drop-ins, and social media) to secure qualified meetings.
• Build and grow your own book of business through strategic prospecting and relationship development.
• Partner with experienced Producers and benefits specialists on joint-selling opportunities.
• Develop relationships with business owners, HR leaders, CFOs, and other key decision-makers.
• Identify employer needs and deliver tailored employee benefits solutions.
