Jonus Group is seeking an Employee Benefits Sales Producer to lead growth within middle and large market segments across a designated territory. This role offers a base salary plus commissions, with a comprehensive benefits package and performance incentives.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of experience in a relevant sales field, exceptional communication and negotiation skills, and a proven ability to meet production targets. Travel within the territory is expected as needed.
