Job summary

USI Insurance Services is looking for a Practice Leader in Los Angeles to manage revenue growth and drive sales for Select Employee Benefits. You will lead a team of sales producers, mentoring them to exceed performance goals and support revenue generation.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience in Employee Benefits sales, excellent leadership skills, and must hold a Life & Health insurance license. USI offers a comprehensive benefits package along with a competitive salary.

Qualifications

• Experience in Employee Benefits brokerage sales.
• Track record of exceeding performance targets is essential.
• Ability to coach and mentor sales producers.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth and manage Select Producers.
• Partner with recruiting to onboard new producers.
• Create relationships to enhance cross-sell processes.
