USI Insurance Services is seeking an Outside Employee Benefits sales professional to drive new business, retain clients, and grow existing revenue. The role emphasizes relationship building with HR leaders and executives, leveraging USI resources, and participating in national and regional meetings.

The ideal candidate brings 3+ years of insurance brokerage sales, a Life and Health license, and strong knowledge of Employee Benefits.

Formación

• 3+ years of sales experience in an insurance brokerage with a proven track record.
• Life and Health insurance license required.
• Strong knowledge of Employee Benefits and related solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Achieve annualized new business sales targets and retain existing client revenue.
• Develop prospect messaging and research prospects to drive qualified opportunities.
• Present USI differentiators and coordinate with account management for client success.
• Create sales plans, pursue cross-sell opportunities, and participate in meetings and events.
• Input accurate data into CRM and leverage sales automation tools for forecasting.
