Job summary

Acrisure is seeking a Director of Operations for Employee Benefits to lead the region's operations, drive client retention and revenue through strong relationships, and oversee transformative customer experiences. This on-site role requires collaboration across underwriting, product, finance, and HR to scale processes and maintain high service quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
• Must currently hold an active insurance license.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in the insurance and/or financial services industries.
• Minimum of 5 years of industry related leadership experience in insurance operations, insurance management, and/or insurance administration.
• Proven track record of driving operational excellence and efficiency in service of dynamic client experiences.
• Experience supporting business development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to execute client retention strategies and optimize workflows.
• Assist in cross-functional strategies to ensure optimized placement of business and client experience.
• Promote leadership development and talent retention within the benefits department.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and technology-backed efficiency.
• Ensure high client satisfaction and strong Net Promoter Score (NPS) through service excellence.
• Collaborate with multiple departments to scale operations and maintain compliance.
