Job summary
Acrisure is seeking a Director of Operations, Employee Benefits, reporting to the Head of Operations, Central/West. The role drives client retention and revenue through excellent service, analytics, and innovative client experiences.
On-site work with up to 40% travel, combining operations leadership with technology-enabled improvements. You will coordinate with carriers, underwriters, product, and finance to scale operations, enhance efficiency, and ensure regulatory compliance while mentoring
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
- Active insurance license required.
- Minimum of 10 years in insurance/financial services with leadership experience.
- Proven track record in operational excellence and client experience.
Responsibilities
- Retain clients and revenue through leadership and client-centric strategies.
- Drive cross-functional initiatives to optimize placement of business and client experience.
- Lead talent development and training within the employee benefits team.
- Oversee process improvements, technology adoption, and automation.
- Monitor KPIs and financial performance; support budgeting and growth strategies.
- Provide strategic guidance on M&A risks and post-acquisition integration.
