Acrisure is seeking a Director of Operations, Employee Benefits to lead regional operations and align client experiences with our performance culture. You will drive client retention, growth, and operational excellence across the employee benefits division, coordinating with leaders across functions to scale processes and technology.

• Active insurance license is required.
• 10+ years in insurance and/or financial services industries.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational excellence and drive client experiences.
• Partner with heads of operations to retain clients and revenue.
• Develop talent and strengthen processes across the employee benefits department.
• Identify opportunities for automation and technology-enabled workflows.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, Finance and other departments to scale operations.
