Job summary

ASZ International, Inc. seeks an Employee Benefits Insurance Advisor to develop, sell, and manage employer health and benefits solutions. The role emphasizes new business development, client relationships, and customized benefit strategies aligned with employers’ financial and workforce needs.

The Producer acts as a trusted advisor through planning, carrier selection, renewals, and ongoing service for employer groups across medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and voluntary benefits.

Qualifications

• Active state life and health license (2-15).
• 2+ years of experience in employee benefits or group health insurance sales.
• Strong consultative and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, develop and bind new employer group health insurance.
• Retain and renew existing business and manage client relationships.
• Present and sell medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and voluntary benefits.
• Coordinate onboarding of new clients and renewal strategies with carriers.
• Maintain CRM records and collaborate with service teams and underwriters.
