Job summary

World Insurance Associates is seeking an Employee Benefits Sales Executive (Producer) to identify and cultivate new benefits opportunities, close deals, and expand relationships across client organizations. You’ll leverage World’s platform to deliver comprehensive employee benefits and related solutions.

The role emphasizes prospecting, executive-level relationship development, and the ability to close new business.

Qualifications

• Proven success in business development and delivering value-driven solutions.
• Strong prospecting, relationship management, presentation, negotiation, and client engagement skills.
• Ability to create and deliver compelling client presentations, proposals, and pitch decks tailored to client needs.
• Experience utilizing CRM platforms, preferably HubSpot, and insurance agency management systems such as AMS360, Applied Epic, or similar tools.
• Experience in insurance brokerage, consulting, or employee benefits environment is valued.
• Knowledge of group health, dental, vision, life, disability, and voluntary benefits.
• Must obtain and maintain required insurance licenses and regulatory requirements.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented with ability to manage complex sales cycles.
• Willingness to leverage World’s platform and collaborate with internal specialists.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and cultivate new employee benefits opportunities.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to move prospects through the pipeline and close business.
• Maintain accurate records in HubSpot and manage client relationships.
• Deliver comprehensive employee benefits and workforce solutions from World’s portfolio.
• Build long-term client relationships and identify cross-selling opportunities.
• Serve as trusted advisor by understanding client challenges and coordinating internal resources.
