Job summary

The Partners Group is seeking an Account Executive for its Group Physician Advisory Services team. This remote-friendly role focuses on strategic employee benefits guidance for large healthcare employers, analyzing data to optimize costs and outcomes.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in benefits, strong consulting skills, and the ability to partner with carriers and consultants to deliver high-value solutions. This role emphasizes relationship-building and strategic impact.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in employee benefits, brokerage or consulting.
• Deep knowledge of medical plan design and funding arrangements.
• Ability to evaluate benefits programs, interpret data, and make data-driven recommendations.
• Understanding of annual employee benefits lifecycle: renewals, marketing/RFPs, and vendor management.
• Strong communication, attention to detail, analytical, and project management skills.
• Active Life & Health license highly preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Excel/PowerPoint) and benefits/CRM tech.

Responsibilities

• Analyze claims, utilization, and financial data to uncover trends.
• Partner with consultants to develop strategic employee benefits recommendations.
• Guide clients through renewals, implementations, and ongoing benefits initiatives.
• Collaborate with carriers and vendors to support client goals and resolve challenges.
• Develop presentations and reports that translate data into clear insights.
• Build trusted relationships through ongoing client communication and consultation.
