Global Recruiters of Denver in Austin, TX seeks a Client Manager for its Employee Benefits practice. You will be the primary relationship owner for an assigned book, handling day-to-day client management, renewals, compliance, and open enrollment support.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a client-facing environment and wants growth within a team-oriented brokerage. 2+ years in employee benefits, an Life & Health license (or willingness to obtain), and a preferred bachelor’s degree

Qualifications

• 2+ years of employee benefits client management experience.
• Active Life & Health license, or willingness to obtain within an agreed timeframe.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts and maintain proactive client relationships.
• Design and manage tailored benefits solutions based on client goals and workforce demographics.
• Lead the renewal process, including proposal analysis, carrier negotiation, and plan recommendations.
• Coordinate implementation, enrollment, and ongoing program management with clear stakeholder communication.
• Monitor benefit program performance and recommend adjustments based on utilization trends and client feedback.
• Ensure compliance with ERISA, ACA, and other applicable regulations.
• Develop and deliver presentations for employee education and open enrollment meetings.
• Collaborate with internal teams on financial analysis, reporting, and strategic recommendations.
• Partner with the sales team to identify growth opportunities within the existing book.
• Provide mentorship to junior team members.
