Job summary

World Insurance Associates is seeking a skilled professional to manage client service for middle market and select large market EB clients. You will support renewal messaging, strategy design, and collaborations with senior colleagues to optimize employer benefits programs.

Responsibilities include RFP support, carrier negotiations, contract reviews, and developing EB analytics dashboards. You will lead enrollment meetings and help deliver insights to clients.

Qualifications

• Must hold state life and health license
• Experience with middle/large market client service and renewal messaging preferred
• Experience supporting RFPs, carrier negotiations, and contract reviews would be a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead client service for middle market clients with guidance; collaborate on strategy and renewal messaging with senior colleagues.
• Independently renew messaging and contribute to EB program strategy for assigned clients.
• Support RFP processes, carrier negotiations, and carrier contract reviews for fully insured clients.
• Build benchmarking, financial dashboards, projections, and EB analytics.
• Lead client and vendor meetings and conduct open enrollment sessions (in-person and virtual).
