Job summary

World Insurance Associates is seeking a professional in Massachusetts to independently lead client service for personal property and casualty clients, delivering renewal messaging and advising on coverage. You will review renewals, determine remarkets, and ensure accurate binding and billing processes.

Expect to use EPIC and carrier portals, maintain strong client relationships, and operate within a team environment with a focus on precise, compliant client service.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Personal Property & Casualty insurance.
• Must hold a Property & Casualty license.
• Proficient with Excel, Word and MS Office products.
• Ability to learn new technology platforms quickly.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work output.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates exposures and renewal quotes.
• Reviews upcoming renewals and determines accounts to remarket.
• Makes coverage recommendations.
• Transacts agency billing and notifies carriers.
• Reviews binding documents for accuracy.
• Processes renewals, endorsements, acknowledgments, cancellations and proofs of insurance.
• Maintains account details and documents in EPIC.
