• Familiar with OE guide application and industry funding models.

Responsibilities

• Manages dedicated Book of Business with high service intensity.
• Owns client relationships, service plans, timelines, and execution quality.
• Leads benefit implementations, vendor management, renewals and open enrollment strategy.
• Primary point of contact for daily client service.
• May coach or train junior Client Managers.
