Job summary

World Insurance Associates LLC is seeking an experienced benefits administrator to support the design, financing, delivery, and ongoing management of group benefits programs for EB clients. You will work both independently and on client teams in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple projects with competing priorities.

The role involves renewal/marketing analyses, data gathering, and active participation in benefits administration technology implementation.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred, but equivalent work experience would be considered.
• Life and Health license and/or obtaining within first 90 days of hire.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Experience with group benefits programs and EB workflows is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to employee benefits strategy and renewal/marketing processes including gathering vendor/client information, preparing RFPs, inputting, tracking and analyzing benchmarking data.
• Coordinate Form 5500 filing with vendors, including client setup and data gathering.
• Support carrier and vendor implementation, including policy checking, paperwork submittal, and coordinating enrollment submission.
• Build and update dashboards and deliver client-ready strategy and stewardship materials.
• Prepare, edit and proof enrollment materials and presentations; answer employee questions.
