Job summary

The Baldwin Group is hiring a Client Manager, Employee Benefits to service our clients’ employee benefit needs promptly and efficiently.

You will prepare client presentations, including claim reports and renewal details, and ready client data for marketing efforts to seek alternative coverages and plans. The role emphasizes accuracy, professional client communication, and proactive service.

Qualifications

• Strong presentation skills, verbal and written communication.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Ability to learn insurance systems and internal firm software.

Responsibilities

• Manage client service calendar including onboarding, renewals, compliance alerts, 5500 filings and Open Enrollment.
• Prepare and present executive summaries with claim experience, benchmarking, rate renewals and design alternatives.
• Manage all policy activity aspects of assigned accounts.
• Present risks to the insurance marketplace for quoting as needed.
• Maintain accurate, timely communications with clients and partners.
• Build strong relationships with clients and insurance company partners.
• Look for process improvements and escalate issues to leadership.
