Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven ability to present proposals and close sales in the benefits space.
• Licensing compliance with state requirements, or willingness to obtain licenses within 90 days.
• Strong attention to detail and client relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Presents proposals in a professional manner, reviewing coverages in detail to ensure understanding.
• Finalizes the sale and collects necessary documents, applications, etc., and briefs the service team on the policy sale.
• Develops prospects by networking, community involvement, and referrals while maintaining relationships with clients, prospects, and partners.
• Maintains accuracy, timeliness, and completion when interacting with clients and partners to minimize errors and omissions.
