Job summary

Gallagher Benefit Services is seeking an Account Coordinator to support Account Executives and Producers by securing quotes, compiling data, creating marketing presentations, and handling various administrative tasks. This onsite role is based out of our Hanover office.

You will assist with client retention, enrollment guides, and finalizing proposals while coordinating with carriers and internal teams to ensure timely delivery and accuracy.

Qualifications

• High School diploma/equivalent plus 1 year directly applicable experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic math skills.
• Preferred: Associate's degree, professional certification, or equivalent training and experience.
• Previous experience managing client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Client Support: Maintain a positive image with the client, assist with open enrollment guides, finalize client presentations for new business and renewal meetings, gather information related to underwriting, data analytics, marketing and HR services, and coordinate meetings with carriers.
• Account Management: Enter accurate client information into agency system, obtain information to prepare for RFP, distribute RFP to markets and meet deadlines, prepare client-facing proposals and track data.
• Insurance Expertise: Learn industry trends, maintain carrier updates, and coordinate meetings with carriers as instructed by AE.
