Job summary

Gallagher Benefit Services is seeking a Client Associate to support account teams in delivering exceptional client service. You will learn the business hands-on, assisting with enrollment meetings, preparing materials, and maintaining client records under guidance.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma and 1 year of relevant experience, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Required: High School diploma/equivalent plus 1 year directly applicable experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic math skills.
• Preferred: Associate's degree, professional certification, or equivalent training and experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support account teams in delivering exceptional client service.
• Assist with preparing RFPs and coordinating vendor responses.
• Create client presentations and materials for open enrollment meetings.
• Attend client calls and reply to clients via email.
• Maintain up-to-date records in the Document Management System (DMS).
• Support with administrative tasks and general office duties.
• Uphold Gallagher’s standards and ethics.
