Gallagher Benefit Services, a part of Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. (AJG), is hiring an Account Coordinator in Hanover, MD. The role focuses on client support, data gathering, and preparing marketing materials and proposals for renewal and new business.

The ideal candidate will be detail oriented, organized, and committed to teamwork, with strong written and verbal communication. The position offers on-site work and opportunities for growth into an Account Manager role.

Formación

• High School diploma/equivalent required with 1 year of directly applicable experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and essential math skills.
• Preferred: Associate's degree or professional certification and experience managing client relationships.

Responsabilidades

• Provide client support and assist with retention by presenting a positive image to clients.
• Assist in creating enrollment guides and final client presentations for new business and renewals.
• Gather information related to underwriting, data analytics, marketing, and HR services through internal departments and vendor partners.
• Maintain relationships with carriers and coordinate meetings as needed.
