Job summary

EPIC Insurance Brokers & Consultants in Duluth, GA (hybrid) seeks an Account Manager to be the primary day-to-day contact for employee benefits clients. You will support enrollment, billing, compliance, and carrier coordination while partnering with Client Executives and internal teams.

The role requires 2+ years in employee benefits account management, strong Microsoft Office skills, and experience with agency management systems. Hybrid schedule with in-office collaboration.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of employee benefits account management experience.
• Georgia or Indiana Life & Health License, or ability to obtain within 60 days of hire.
• Strong organizational and written/verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned clients.
• Partner with Client Executives and internal teams to execute service plans.
• Coordinate enrollment meetings and COBRA paperwork for new groups.
• Maintain client data in the CRM and respond to inquiries.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and timely reporting.
