Job summary

EPIC Insurance Brokers & Consultants in Duluth, GA, is seeking an Account Manager to serve as the primary contact for employee benefits clients. You will support enrollment, billing, compliance, and client communications in a hybrid work model with three days in the office.

You will work with Client Executives, carriers, and internal teams to deliver exceptional service, manage benefits programs, and maintain CRM records.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of employee benefits account management experience.
• Georgia or Indiana Life & Health License, or ability to obtain within 60 days of hire.
• High school diploma required; some college coursework preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned clients and build trusted relationships.
• Coordinate and support open enrollment meetings and prepare employee communications.
• Complete COBRA paperwork for new group implementations and renewals.
• Maintain client and benefits plan information in EPIC's CRM system.
• Resolve enrollment, eligibility, and basic claims issues; coordinate escalated claims.
