Job summary

EPIC Insurance Brokers & Consultants is seeking an Account Manager to serve as the primary day-to-day contact for employee benefits clients in a hybrid Duluth, GA role. You will collaborate with Client Executives, carriers, and internal teams to deliver seamless benefits administration, enrollment, billing, and compliance support.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of employee benefits account management experience
• Proven ability to manage deadlines while maintaining high service levels
• Licenses & Certifications: GA or IN Life & Health license or ability to obtain within 60 days of hire

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary day-to-day contact for assigned employee benefits clients
• Coordinate with Client Executives and internal teams to execute service plans
• Prepare materials for open enrollment and COBRA paperwork
• Maintain client communication on benefit trends and regulatory updates
• Ensure accurate client data in EPIC CRM and systems
• Resolve enrollment, eligibility, and basic claims issues
• Support government reporting and compliance initiatives
• Maintain documentation and logs in agency management systems
