EPIC Insurance Brokers & Consultants in Duluth, GA is seeking an Account Manager to be the primary day-to-day contact for employee benefits clients, delivering outstanding service from enrollment to billing and administration.

You will collaborate with Client Executives, carriers, and internal teams to support COBRA, compliance reporting, and ongoing benefit trends while maintaining CRM data and ensuring accurate plan information.

Qualifications

• Must have 2+ years of employee benefits account management experience.
• Experience with COBRA and enrollment processes is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and agency management systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned clients and build trusted relationships.
• Partner with Client Executives and internal teams to execute service plans.
• Coordinate open enrollment meetings and prepare employee communications.
• Maintain accurate client and benefits data in the CRM system.
• Resolve enrollment, eligibility, and basic claims issues in coordination with the claims department.
