EPIC Insurance Brokers & Consultants in Duluth, GA is seeking an Account Manager to serve as the primary day-to-day contact for employee benefits clients. You will collaborate with Client Executives, carriers, and internal teams to ensure seamless benefits administration, enrollment, and billing processes.

Responsibilities include open enrollment support, COBRA processing, maintaining accurate client data in the CRM, and assisting with regulatory reporting and compliance initiatives.

Formación

• High school diploma required; some college coursework preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of employee benefits account management experience with a brokerage, consulting firm, insurance carrier, TPA, or related organization.
• Georgia or Indiana Life & Health License, or ability to obtain within 60 days of hire.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned employee benefits clients and maintain strong client relationships.
• Coordinate open enrollment meetings and prepare employee communication materials.
• Complete COBRA paperwork for new group implementations and renewals.
• Maintain client and benefits plan information in EPIC's CRM system and assist with regulatory updates.
• Assist with government reporting, billing reconciliation, and issue resolution with carriers and internal teams.
