You’ll build strong client relationships, respond to benefits questions, and help with renewals and open enrollment in a collaborative team. This relationship-driven role involves coordinating with carriers and internal teams to ensure professional service, accurate billing, and timely issue resolution, contributing to BCH’s respected

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of Employee Benefits experience.
• Strong understanding of group medical, dental, life and ancillary products.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver high service levels.
• Ability to navigate carrier processes and explain complex coverage options.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with clients, carrier partners, and internal teams.
• Respond to Employee Benefits questions, claims, billing issues, and service needs.
• Coordinate claim resolutions and assist with escalated eligibility issues.
• Support renewals and open enrollment, including census gathering and marketing prep.
• Assist with 5500 preparation and other client needs.
• Audit invoices for rate/eligibility accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain client documentation and BCH systems according to policies.
