MBK Senior Living is hiring a Medication Technician to deliver compassionate, quality resident care by assisting with medications and daily living activities per personalized service plans.

The role requires documenting, delivering, and administering or assisting with treatments as prescribed, adhering to policies and government regulations, and supporting a safe, organized environment.

Competenze

• Must be 18 or older and able to obtain required state certifications.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills with residents, families and staff.
• Willingness to complete background, health screening and TB testing.

Mansioni

• Assist residents with medications and daily care following policies.
• Notify Supervisor if medication is not administered as directed and document reasons.
• Maintain clear, complete, confidential medication and care records per procedures.
• Track orders, inform pharmacy of changes, report missing medications to Supervisor.
• Support caregivers and follow the Caregiver job description as needed.
• Document incidents and resident changes, and inform supervisor promptly.
• Respond promptly to emergencies and resident requests as needed.
