Job summary

MBK Senior Living is seeking a Medication Technician to provide compassionate care and assist residents with medication administration and daily living activities in line with individualized service plans.

Responsibilities include documentation, following HIPAA-compliant procedures, and collaborating with a supportive team to maintain safety and high-quality care across our communities.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Must have or be able to obtain CPR & First Aid certification.
• 1+ year of healthcare experience is preferred.
• Experience handling medications is preferred, with on-the-job training available.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily medications and treatments per service plans.
• Document medication administration, report discrepancies to supervisor.
• Maintain confidential medication and care records per procedures and regulations.
• Respond to emergencies and maintain a safe, supportive environment.
