MBK Senior Living is hiring a Medication Technician to support residents with medication administration and daily living activities. You will document doses, assist with treatments, and collaborate with a care team in a compassionate, resident-centered environment.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, CPR/First Aid, and 1+ year healthcare experience. Applicants must be 18+, pass screenings, and be comfortable with English and HIPAA compliance.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• CPR & First Aid certification required.
• 1+ year healthcare experience preferred; medication experience helpful.
• Age 18+; background check and TB test within 7 days of employment.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English; HIPAA compliance expected.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily medications and care as assigned.
• Document medication administration and changes; maintain confidential records.
• Notify supervisor if medications not administered as directed; document reasons.
• Respond to emergencies and resident requests promptly.
• Maintain safe, clean, and compliant work environment.
