Job summary

MBK Senior Living is seeking a Medication Technician to provide compassionate resident care, assist with medication administration, and support daily living activities in an Assisted Living environment. You will document, deliver, and assist with treatments while following physician orders and MBK policies.

The role requires 1+ year in a similar healthcare setting, High School diploma or GED, and CPR/First Aid certification.

• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills
• Ability to interact effectively with diverse individuals and situations

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily medications and treatments as assigned
• Maintain accurate medication and care records per procedures and regulations
• Notify supervisor of any discrepancies or changes in medications
• Support caregivers in performing duties and ensuring safety and compliance
• Document incidents and changes in resident condition and respond to emergencies promptly
