MBK Senior Living is seeking a FT Medication Technician who will provide compassionate, high-quality resident care by assisting with medication administration and activities of daily living, in line with personalized service plans.

The role emphasizes meticulous documentation, safety, and adherence to policies, regulations, and physician orders. A supportive team environment offers growth and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
• Certification or education as required by state regulations.
• Must have or be able to obtain a valid CPR & First Aid certification.

Responsabilités

• Assist residents with daily medications, treatments, and resident care as assigned and within policy and regulations.
• Notify Supervisor if medication not administered as directed and document reasons.
• Maintain confidential medication and care records per procedures and requirements.
• Track orders for medication changes/refills; notify pharmacy and report missing meds.
• Assist caregivers by fulfilling responsibilities of the Caregiver role.
• Document incidents and communicate changes of condition to a supervisor immediately.
• Respond promptly to emergencies and resident requests.
• Maintain a safe environment in line with safety standards and policies.
• Follow Federal, State, and local regulations and MBK policies.
• Promote teamwork and MBK core values through mentoring and recognition.
