ABC in Wheaton, IL is seeking a Clinic Admissions Associate to be the first point of connection for families beginning ABA therapy. You will guide families through the admissions process with empathy and care, ensuring they feel supported, informed, and confident at every step.

This role goes beyond administration, offering the chance to build meaningful relationships, expand access to care for children with autism, and contribute to a caring, team-oriented culture.

Competenze

• 1–2 years experience in administrative work, customer service, client relations, or related areas.
• A positive and contagious attitude that engages families.
• An eagerness to be part of a caring and team-oriented culture.
• A deep commitment to show up daily and lead at the center.
• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

Mansioni

• Handle day-to-day administrative functions for our busy clinics (document management, tracking people and things, internal and external communications).
• Provide strong support to inbound calls from prospective and current clients/families.
• Become a subject matter expert on autism to help others understand how we help our children.
• Handle marketing and admissions tasks to support operations management and clinical leadership.
