The Lutheran Homes of South Carolina in Mount Pleasant, SC is seeking a PRN Resident Assistant to provide direct care and support to residents, assisting with ADLs, hygiene, and mobility while promoting comfort, dignity, and privacy.

You will follow care plans, document vitals and changes, and participate in safety and infection-control practices, with shifts including weekends and flexible hours as needed.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in a skilled nursing or residential care facility preferred.
• Strong ability to assist with ADLs and provide compassionate, resident-centered care with excellent communication.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct care to residents according to individual care plans.
• Assist residents with personal hygiene, mobility, and other ADLs while promoting independence.
• Document care provided, including vitals and changes in resident status.
• Make rounds and answer call lights promptly to ensure safety and comfort.
• Follow infection control guidelines and HIPAA regulations.
