• Record vital signs and participate in routine health checks.
• Support resident mobility and transfers using assistive devices.
• Monitor safety, comfort, and dignity of residents throughout shifts.
• Document care provided and report changes to nursing staff.
• Assist with meals, hydration, and monitoring intake.
• Follow infection control and HIPAA policies.
