Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in collections, financial services, or a similar role.
• Strong communication skills and sound judgment.
• Ability to organize work and manage competing priorities.
• Comfortable with systems and basic reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Talk with past-due members via phone, texts, and emails to understand their situation.
• Work through realistic and sustainable repayment options.
• Manage delinquent loans, mortgages, and deposit accounts.
• Ask thoughtful questions to identify root causes and best solutions for members.
