The County Federal Credit Union is hiring a Full-Time Member Service Specialist - Card Services & Overdraft Privilege Support to join our Operations Center. This role focuses on managing the debit and credit card program and handling Overdraft Privilege and overdraft collections for member accounts.

In addition to primary duties, you will support Fraud, IRA & HSA services and participate in cross-training to ensure smooth CORE+ operations.

The County Federal Credit Union is seeking a positive, ambitious individual to join our team as a Full-Time Member Service Specialist - Card Services & Overdraft Privilege Support in our Operations Center!

The Member Service Specialist – Card Services and Overdraft Privilege Support shares primary responsibility for the credit union’s debit and credit card program and serves as the primary specialist for Overdraft Privilege and overdrawn draft and share account collection. The position also supports other CORE+ functions and maintains cross-training for Fraud Support and IRA & HSA Support. The CORE+ Department Manager retains program accountability, subject-matter expertise, and active operational participation that supplements, but does not replace, the position’s primary and backup responsibilities.
