Qualifications

• Proven ability to counsel, problem-solve, and negotiate effectively.

• Experience in collections or customer support is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound collection calls to borrowers and cosigners.
• Negotiate payment arrangements aligned with borrower capability and policy.
• Counsel borrowers on repayment options with professionalism.
• Document all collection activity and account updates in the system.
• Ensure compliance with FDCPA, bankruptcy laws, and state regulations.
