Job summary

Tribute is seeking a results-driven sales professional in Green Bay, WI to sell cemetery property and services with uncapped commission potential. This on-site role offers flexibility, sales leads from the company, and the chance to build lasting relationships with families during difficult times.

Requirements include a valid driver's license, the ability to obtain a Wisconsin Cemetery Sales license, and a Monday–Friday schedule with some weekend flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting, building and maintaining relationships with families.
• Sell premium cemetery property, products and services to clients.
• Inform and educate families on options for pre-planning final arrangements.
• Work with families at the time of death to provide personalized burial arrangements.
• Obtain referrals and network within the community.
• Deliver consistent, exceptional customer satisfaction and represent the company professionally.
