Job summary

The Archdiocese of Milwaukee Catholic Cemeteries is seeking a results-driven Sales Representative to educate families on Advanced Planning, cemetery and funeral services. You will meet families, present options, and guide decisions with care and compassion in a community-focused setting.

This full-time, in-person role offers base salary plus commission, with earning potential well over six figures for top performers.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred, and/or 2–4 years in a sales role with face-to-face customers.
• Knowledge of Catholic faith, rituals, and traditions is beneficial.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Able to sell in a compassionate, family-first manner and meet monthly targets.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed lead generation, appointment setting, follow-up, and Advanced Planning revenue targets.
• Meet with families and guide them through At-Need Cemetery and Funeral processes.
• Educate families on cemetery property, services, and the Order of Christian Funerals.
• Use CRM and cemetery/funeral software to manage contracts and records.
• Participate in parish outreach and community events to educate families.
