Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record; insurance license if required by state.

Responsibilities

• Lead generation: prospect 1-2 hours daily and obtain referrals.
• Explain and present to families and referred families; maintain activity levels.
• Build relationships with families; listen, communicate with empathy, and provide tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with funeral directors and staff to ensure seamless service and aftercare.
• Prepare for appointments and follow through on all customer problems and requests.
