Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or a relevant certification is a plus.
• 1+ years of customer service, call center, or dispatch experience; HVAC, electrical, or home-services industry experience preferred.
• Experience with ServiceTitan or a similar field-service/CRM platform preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a calm, friendly phone presence under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Client Experience: Answer all incoming calls promptly and professionally, treating every interaction as the client’s first impression.
• Scheduling & Coordination: Schedule service, maintenance, and installation calls in ServiceTitan and coordinate with dispatch to maximize technician efficiency.
• Communication & Response Time: Respond to emails and texts within 30 minutes during business hours.
• Customer Records & Warranty Tracking: Maintain client and equipment records in the CRM; track warranties and renewals.
• Customer Retention & Outreach: Make outbound follow-ups to confirm satisfaction and support renewal goals.
• Administrative Support: Assist with any administrative tasks as assigned.
