Job summary

Dry Force Corp is seeking an In-House Dispatch Specialist to coordinate emergency water damage response services. You will work with customers, technicians, subcontractors, and internal staff to manage real-time dispatching and data entry across multiple software platforms.

The role requires strong communication, 1+ years in dispatch or customer service, and flexibility to work varied shifts with overtime during surge periods. Competitive pay and full benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of dispatching experience preferred.
• 1+ years in a call center or direct customer service environment preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Proficient with technology and quick to learn new systems.
• Strong communication skills and customer-service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Operate a multi-line phone system in our corporate office.
• Dispatch technicians and project managers in real time based on availability and proximity.
• Provide empathetic and clear instructions to customers awaiting service.
• Monitor active jobs and provide customers with updates.
• Accurately input and retrieve data across multiple software platforms.
• Forward non-emergency requests to the appropriate departments.
• Act as a calm, supportive liaison during often stressful situations for our clients.
