Dudensing Law is seeking an Intake Specialist who will be the first voice prospective clients hear, combining empathy with professionalism to set a compassionate tone for the client experience.

You will collect information, schedule consultations, document interactions, and coordinate with attorneys while maintaining confidentiality and sensitivity for clients facing elder abuse matters.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Excellent active listening and client service skills with an empathetic demeanor.

• Ability to manage multiple inquiries and prioritize effectively.
• Accurate documentation and data entry skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the initial contact for prospective clients via phone, email, website forms, and chat.
• Use established firm guidelines to assess potential intakes.
• Schedule consultations and coordinate attorney calendars.
• Conduct structured intake interviews to gather relevant case information.
• Follow up with prospective clients regarding documentation and next steps.
• Accurately document all communications and case details in the firm’s case management system.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
