Job summary

Qualifications

• ABET-accredited engineering degree required.
• 2+ years of hardware, controls, or calibration development experience.
• Experience with emissions test cycles and data acquisition systems (INCA, CAS, AVL Concerto).
• Knowledge of port-fueled and direct injection engines for ICE/hybrid propulsion.
• Strong written and verbal communication; leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Direct/schedule day-to-day engine/PT dynamometer or vehicle testing.
• Apply project management methods to reach deliverables using MS Project, Excel.
• Develop emissions systems solutions for future high-efficiency powertrains.
• Optimize engine and emissions calibration for new hardware.
• Investigate competitor emission systems via instrumentation and OBD.
• Plan, test, analyze, and solve complex powertrain problems.
• Ensure integration of emissions components with powertrain teams.
