Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Must pass Emissions Inspector Certification Test after in-house training.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to manage documents.

Responsibilities

• Open/close Service Center and handle reports per SOP.
• Respond to motorist inquiries on program rules and requirements.
• Determine eligibility for extensions, exemptions or waivers.
• Issue waivers, extensions, exemptions per procedures.
• Maintain a clean, professional Service Center environment.
