The position begins with in-office training for two weeks at 445 Atlanta South Parkway, then becomes remote after training.

Schedule is Monday–Friday 8a–5p with health, dental, and vision benefits included. Pay is $16.50 per hour.

Qualifications

• Bilingual Spanish/English required.
• Experience in call center or telephone support.
• Ability to troubleshoot and document calls clearly.

Responsibilities

• Respond to motorist inquiries about emissions program rules and procedures.
• Log each call into the tracking system and escalate when necessary.
• Provide support to inspection stations and Georgia Clean Air Force personnel.
