PMI U.S. is hiring an Early Careers Territory Sales Manager for the Eastern Region. You'll own a business territory, build relationships with retail partners, analyze data, and execute strategies to drive growth.

This role offers hands-on experience in sales, negotiation, and leadership with relocation to major markets as needed. Annual Base Salary is $68,000. Relocation within the Eastern Region is possible.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or expected prior to start date.
• Recent graduates or early career professionals with up to two years of professional experience are encouraged to apply.
• Interest in sales, business development, account management, consumer goods, retail operations, or commercial leadership.
• Leadership experience through internships, campus organizations, athletics, military service, volunteer work, retail, hospitality, or other customer-facing roles.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with retail partners and become a trusted business advisor.
• Support sales growth and execution within your assigned territory.
• Use sales and market data to identify opportunities and develop action plans.
• Present business recommendations and fact-based insights to customers.
• Execute merchandising, promotional, and visibility initiatives.
• Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and consumer insights.
• Ensure product availability, freshness, and in-store execution standards.
• Manage territory administration, reporting, expenses, and POS materials.
• Collaborate with commercial and marketing teams to support business goals.
