PMI U.S. is seeking an Early Careers Territory Sales Manager for the Eastern Region. You will own a business territory, partner with retail customers, analyze sales data, and execute growth strategies to drive market success.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required or expected prior to start date.
Recent graduates or early career professionals with up to two years of experience encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

Build relationships with retail partners and become a trusted business advisor.
Support sales growth and execution within your assigned territory.
Use sales and market data to identify opportunities and develop action plans.
Present business recommendations and fact-based insights to customers.
Execute merchandising, promotional, and visibility initiatives.
Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and consumer insights.
Ensure product availability, freshness, and in-store execution standards.
